SIGNALLING SYSTEM FOR INDICATING THE STATUS AND LOCATION OF PARKING PLACES

Signalling system for indicating availability and location of the parking spaces, in which system the parking area is provided with strategically distributed indicators in order to verify the occupancy of the parking spaces as well as their location. For that purpose, a device (such as pressure, movement or electromagnetic sensor) capable of detecting the presence of a motor vehicle is located in each parking space. The indicators will be updated by means of said devices.
