<p>The present invention relates to a leave-on hair care composition comprising from about 3 % to 30 %, by weight, of a diol selected from the group consisting of 1,2 C5-C8-alkane diols, C2-C10-alkyl glyceryl ethers, and mixtures thereof; from about 70 % to about 97 %, by weight, of a polar solvent selected from the group consisting of water, C2-C3 monohydric alkanols, and mixtures thereof; and from about 0.015 to about 20 %, by weight, of a hair care ingredient.</p> |
