The invention relates to a massage device, comprising: a box container in which a vibrator assembly is arranged; a rest surface afforded on a front of the box container; a support, elastically deformable, solidly constrained to the box container, which support is for fixing to an external support, arranged at a position and a height of a lower back region of a user, in such a way that the rest surface is contiguous to the lower back region of the user.
