The two pairs of tubes can be pushed into one another, the one fixed to the under frame of the sub-structure and the other hinged to the upper frame of the sub-structure. Bolts and nuts are used to connect and fix the two pairs of tubes, the bolts passing through the inner and outer tubes by means of holes. A number of holes are provided in the two pairs of tubes, enabling the height of the sub-structure to be raised or lowered so that the tubes can be fixed in one another and the required height achieved.
