Obturator for remote controlled fluid vent

The obturator is made in the shape of a heat fusible tube (201) open at one end and closed at the other by a cap (203). A heating resistance wire (211) is wound in a peripheral groove (209) in the external wall of the tube. Supplying an electrical current to the resistance wire causes fusion of the tube and its rupture. The external fluid can then circulate in the obturator by penetrating the tube open part and escaping through the rupture.
