The interface connection between a wooden beam (1) and a concrete top slab is ensured by the concrete which transmits by direct contact the shearing forces to the wooden beam. The concrete is provided with variable section notches which taper toward the lower level of the stiffening concrete. These notches have a section which does not weaken the shearing resistance of the wooden beam. The connection between the concrete and the beam is also complemented by threaded rods and locking nuts.
