PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate registration/management of personal information in a radio telephone system. SOLUTION: A personal information registration device 70 stores once personal information of a radio telephone set 10 entered from a key entry section 15 to a storage section 73 and sends the personal information to a personal information management device 60 via the Internet 55. The personal information management device 60 manages personal information in cross reference with a telephone number of the radio telephone set 10. The personal information stored in a personal information storage section 61 and can be changed by the personal information registration device 70 or the ratio telephone set 10.
