发明名称 SEAMLESS TYPE SEMICONDUCTIVE BELT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seamless semiconductive belt having an extremely high volume resistance holding rate by using a nylon resin with addition of at least a conductive filler. SOLUTION: This seamless semiconductive belt which constitutes a transfer belt 5 essentially consists of a nylon resin such as 12-nylon. As for the conductive filler to give conductivity, carbon black such as Ketjenblack and acetylene black is added. The volume resistance of the seamless semiconductive belt is controlled to be within the range between >=10<5>Ω.cm and <=10<17>Ω.cm. The max. volume resistance in each part of the seamless semiconductive belt is controlled to >=1 times and <=100 times of the min. volume resistance of the each part. Other resins other than a nylon resin may be added to the seamless semiconductive belt as far as the resins do not decrease conductivity or mechanical properties.
