PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning facility for facilitating a size reduction with a simple structure and a large thermal storage amount. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution S of a guest compound in a thermal storage unit 2 is cooled by a refrigerator 1 to generate a hydrate, and a heat is stored by its latent heat. In this case, the compound having a melting temperature of 0 deg.C or higher is selected, its solution is cooled to generate particles of the hydrate to form a hydrate slurry. The slurry having flowability is supplied to a heat exchanger 74 of an equipment 3 of a load side. |
