PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform image recognition without using any previously registered symbol by obtaining identification information added to an object as an image. SOLUTION: The identifying device is equipped with an identification information adding means 2 which adds image-recognizable identification information to an object, an identification information managing means 3 which registers the added in an identification information table 31, an image acquiring means 41 which acquires an image of the added identification information, a comparing means 42 which compares the obtained image information with the identification information registered in the identification information table 3, a decision means 43 which decides whether or not the identification information corresponding to the image information is present in the identification information table 31 according to the comparison result of the comparing means 42, and an image recognizing means 44 which recognizes the obtained image information according to the decision result of the decision means 43. |
