PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the use of a public terminal device for paying a proper fee without having coins nor registering a credit card etc., and also to ensure high security to prevent the wrong payment of the fee in a fee payment system, etc. SOLUTION: The 1st decision object information is sent from a public terminal device to a user terminal device, and the corresponding user is collated with the user terminal device. Meanwhile, the user terminal device sends the 2nd decision object information to a server device to authenticate itself and also the public terminal device. Based on these decision processes, the propriety is set for the use of the public terminal device. If the use of the public terminal device is permitted, the using fee to be collected from the user is imposed to his private terminal device. |
