The system includes a laser emitter and a device for reception having a telescope (T), and an edge filter (EF) and a treatment device (DT,DR, SPD) for modifying the force (PT) transmitted by the filter device. This treatment device presents an inlet for data relative to the force PT and to the force PR and presents an outlet which generates a normalized signal DELTA PN. PR denotes the force reflected by the edge filter device.
