PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the repetition of an optical packet at a high speed as it is by assigning the same wavelength of optical switches arranged in the same line, and assigning frequencies different for each optical switch to the optical switches arranged in the same column. SOLUTION: Wavelength and frequencies are assigned in the following way. That is, the same wavelength is assigned to the optical switches rranged in the same line, and all different frequencies f1 -f4 are assigned to the optical switches in each line group, and cyclically assigned to the optical switches in the other line groups. In this case, wavelength λ1 is assigned to the first line group, wavelength λ2 is assigned to the second line group, ψ, and wavelength λ4 is assigned to the fourth line group. Also frequencies F2 -F4 are assigned to nodes 1, 5, 9, 13 belonging to a certain line group, and frequencies f1 , f2 , f4 , f1 are assigned to nodes 2, 6, 10, 14 belonging to the next line group. Afterwards, this assignment is operated in the same way. |
