摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect myocardial infarction of an individual by selectively executing the next biochemical marker measurement on the basis of the result of the leading biochemical maker measurement without needing manual judgement. SOLUTION: By providing reflex argorithm for detecting acute myocardial infarction(AMI), the accurate early diagnosis of AMI can be accelerated. This can assist the judgement of the proper biochemical examination necessary for a patient having the condition of a disease estimated as the diesease relative to the upper chest pain or the heart, exclude the execution of the unnecessary assay, and surely include the results of all the necessary examinations. The reflex argorithm of this invention automatically select the proper biochemical maker to the clinical situation given by selecting the next examination on the basis of the result of the assay executed in advance, excludes the necessity of the human judgement, minimize the number of necessary examinations, and provides the quick diagnosis of AMI of high reliability.</p>
