<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor for a heater in which the number of used parts is reduced and which has a good performance. SOLUTION: A resistor for a heater is provided with electrodes 24 which are installed to both side edge sections of the surface of a ceramic substrate 20 and a resistor 12 for generating heat which is connected to the electrodes 24 and formed by printing a conductive resin resisting material 22, such as the ruthenium oxide, carbon resin, etc. Terminals connected to an external circuit are pressure contacted with the electrodes 24 of the resistor 12. On the rear surface of the resistor 12, a heater radiator member 10 which radiates constant heat is provided. The member 10 is composed of a metallic plate and is directly brought into contact with the substrate 20.</p> |
