PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a user who does not have the technical knowledge of the system like a doctor and a nurse to freely change the contents of questions and gather information needed to grasp the health state of a patient by providing a medical treatment interview knowledge base editing means which modifies the contents of a medical treatment interview knowledge base. SOLUTION: This system consists of a server 100 which is installed at a medical institution such as a hospital and a clinic and used by a server user such as a doctor and a nurse, a terminal 120 which is installed in a patient's house and used by the patient, a caretaker, etc., and a communication line 130 such as a telephone line and a leased line. The server 100 is equipped with a medical treatment interview knowledge base storage device 105 storing the medical treatment interview knowledge base whose medical treatment interview contents can be modified according to the state of the patient. A medical treatment interview knowledge base editing part 111 processes and outputs the medical treatment interview knowledge base stored in the medical treatment interview knowledge base storage part 105 to a server input/output device 102 and modifies the medical treatment interview knowledge base according to information inputted to the server input/output device 102. |
