PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a practical judgement of a shipping destination and to determine a necessary shipping quantity in consideration of article characteristics without requiring any unnecessary cost by setting the priority for shipping destinations in the increasing order of variation in price for a specific period. SOLUTION: A price stability decision block 115 refers to a market price table 125 to calculate the price stability of prices by market according to daily market prices for a specific period and sets the priority for respective the markets in the increasing order of price variation according to the calculated price stability. A shipping destination decision and quantity calculation block 120 receives a target sales amount, profit, costs needed for ship and transportation, and a scheduled shipment day inputted through an input/output block 110. An forecasted market price on the shipment scheduled day is calculated by referring to the price stability table 130, an article unit price needed for shipment and transportation is referred to in a shipment and transportation table 145, an a shipping quantity satisfying the received target sales amount, profit and the costs needed for the shipment and transportation is found. |
