摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently improve efficiency in the coupling between a light emitting and a light receiving elements and an optical fiber by enabling bidirectional optical transmission through one optical fiber by providing positioned and fixed facing apart from both of the light emitting elements and the light receiving with the tip of its core positioned and fixed. SOLUTION: One optical fiber 21 is positioned and fixed on an optical transmitter 11 composed of a light emitting element 111 and a light receiving element 112. The optical transmitter 11 arranges optical lenses oh the front faces of both the light emitting element 111 and light receiving element 112 and the light emitting element 111 forms a light radiation pattern of a spreading angle about from 20 to 40 deg. on the side of light emission. On the side of light reception, the light emitting element 111 has a certain incidence enable angle for receiving light radiated from the optical fiber 21 as well. There is a superimposed area overlapping the range, where the radiated light emitted from the light emitting element 111 of the optical transmitter 11 exists, and the incidence enable range of the light receiving element 112. Then, the top end face of a core 211 of the optical fiber 21 is arranged in this superimposed area.
