PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the humidification amount simply and accurately and control the humidity at a highly accurate level even under conditions of low temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit 3, wherein the ON/OFF control is performed, comprising a compressor 20, a condenser 21, an expansion valve 23 and an evaporator 24 connected in order, is provided. A water circulating circuit 2, comprising a tank 6, a pump 4 and a moisture permeable film humidifier 5 connected in order, is provided. An interlocking controller 26 is provided for controlling start and stop by interlocking the pump 4 and a blower 16 with the ON/OFF state of the compressor 20. According to the detection value from a temperature sensor 8, a temperature controller 9 is provided for adjusting the heating value of a heater 7 so that the water temperature in the tank 6 is set to a specified target water temperature. The target water temperature is set so that the amount of dehumidification in the evaporator 24 is equal to the amount of humidification of the moisture permeable film humidifier 5. |
