<p>The present invention relates to oxazinylazole derivatives of formula (1), their preparation method and their use as a fungicide. Since the compounds of the present invention have a new structure which has not been ever developed, they have excellent fungicidal activity against the plant pathogen in low concentration and particularly have specificity to the plant pathogens of wheat leaf rust and barley powdery mildew, and have no phytotoxicity.</p> |
