PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically split a laser beam and to automatically adjust the output of the split laser beam by providing plural semi-transmissive filters with a different laser beam transmissivity, in a movable member arranged in the path of the laser beam. SOLUTION: A laser output adjusting device C is a semi-transmissive filter 37 that transmits a part of a laser beam 4 to a movable member 26 arranged in the path of the laser beam 4, and is provided with such filters having different transmissivity of a laser beam. The output of the laser beam passing through the filter 37 can be adjusted by coinciding the suitable semi-transmissive filter 37 with the path of the laser beam 4 through a proper movement of the movable member 26. The movable member 26 is a rotary body or a parallel displacement body. Incidentally, in a laser splitting device B, a movable member 25 arranged in the path of the laser beam 4 is provided with semi-transmissive mirrors 31, 31,... which reflect a part of the laser beam 4 while transmitting the rest and which have a different transmissivity of the laser beam. |
