PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form a top plate made of a resin and a substrate by welding. SOLUTION: A top plate 2 which includes a liquid passage 2a and an ejection nozzle 2b and is made from a resin is so constituted that processing of groove forming or hole forming is applied to a blank made of a resin having a resistance to an alkali which is integrally formed by injection molding. The resin top plate 2 is aligned on a substrate 1 to be positioned thereon and a laser light is emitted thereto from a portion above the resin top plate 2, then the substrate 1 and resin top plate 2 are welded.
