PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a multilayer rolled food capable of detecting the defect of a transported plate product and easily removing the defective off-grade product. SOLUTION: Ground meat 11a, 11b, 11c cheese 12a, 12b, 12c and ground meat 13a, 13b, 13c formed in the form of plates are placed on a belt conveyor 20 and transported. A skewer 10 is supported by a supporting part 21 in rotatable and liftable manner. Detection means 1a, 1b, 1c are placed above the belt conveyor 20 and the detection result 4 is transmitted to a controlling part 6. A product detected by the detection means 1a, 1b, 1c and judged to be non- approvable by the controller 6 is marked by energizing either one of marking means 2a, 2b, 2c. |
