PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain decorated foods having elegant patterns, excellent in texture, taste and palatability such as chocolate, etc., by treating plural fluid food materials having different colors under a specific condition. SOLUTION: This production of decorated food is to simultaneously fill fluid raw materials M, N of two or more fluid food materials such as chocolate, jelly or the like having different colors into the hollow part 4 of a mold 3, eccentrically rotate the mold 3 having simultaneously filled fluid raw materials M, N, solidify the fluid raw materials M, N of the fluid food material in the mold 3, taking out the solidified materials from the mold 3 and obtain decorated food having a spiral pattern of different colors. It is preferable to make plural hollow parts 4 in the mold 3 and produce the decorated food by eccentrically rotating the mold. |
