<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball which has excellent repulsive elasticity and provides a good impact feeling. SOLUTION: A mixture, which is composed of (A):(B):(C)=1 to 70:10 to 80:10 to 90 in the weight ratio of the compounding ratios of (A) a thermoplastic polyamide elastomer of 20 to 50 in Shore hardness and 10 to 150 MPa in modulus of elasticity in bending, (B) a binary copolymer ionomer formed by neutralizing at least part of the carboxyl group of an ethylene/unsatd. carboxylic acid copolymer with metal ions, (C) a ternary copolymer ionomer formed by neutralizing at least part of the carboxyl group of an ethylene/unsatd. carboxylic acid and unsatd. carboxylate ternary copolymer with the metal ions and (D) an epoxylated diene block copolymer and in which the content of (D) is 1 to 40 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. total of (A)+(B)+(C), is used as the base material polymer of the cover 2 of the golf ball.</p> |
