PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a raw cod roe for single use after opening the package, preservable over a long period in frozen state and immediately cookable without necessitating waiting time. SOLUTION: Raw cod roe is preliminarily seasoned with seasonings, liquor, etc. after removing the egg membrane from the roe, spread to a thickness of several millimeters or thereabout and vacuum-packed in arbitrarily divided portions to obtain the objective cod roe sheet. |
