PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve industrialization and to increase photocatalyst effect by a photocatalyst element as whole. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst element 2 is arranged by an adsorbent on the surface of the sheet of a photocatalyst unit 1 and light reflector particles 3 are arranged thereon. The relative position between the light reflector particles 3 is set at a millimeter scale (10<-3> m scale). The photocatalyst element 2 is preferably a titanium oxide particle and the light reflector particles 3 are mica particles. |
