PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam form device which can be transferred as it is assembled to form a box-shape and easily assembled and disassembled and which can enhance workability and safety because a revolver jack is positioned at a low level and can be handled even by one's own efforts when the supports are demolished after it has been received by a lifter and hence, by which the work can be efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: Vertical members 25 are pivoted halfway on the right and left sides of a sleeper 24 as a beam form device supporting a beam by form- support as a separate body. A beam bottom form 26a is fixed to the sleeper 24 in the space surrounded by the vertical members 25 and the sleeper 24, and beam side forms 26 are connected to the vertical members 25 so as to incline together with the vertical members 25. Revolver jacks 31 are installed between the central lower part of the sleeper 24 and the vicinity of the lower end of the vertical members 25 extending downward from the sleeper 24. |
