A topical composition facilitating mechanical removal of body hair has pH 3.5-6.5 and comprises an aqueous, aqueous-alcohol or alcohol carrier containing (A) an organo-polysiloxane having an Si atom bonded via a heteroatom (especially N)-containing group to a poly-(N-acylalkyleneimine); and (B) a long-chain fatty acid ester.
