Each composition contains a copolymer of 2-(meth)acryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine with a hydrophobic (meth)acrylic ester, wherein the copolymer has a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 5,000,000 and the content of structural units derived from 2-(meth)acryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine in the copolymer is 48 to 97 mol%.
