An auxiliary link (12) is swivel mounted on the scissors arm near the guide. The expander angle between the auxiliary link and the scissors arm is restricted by a thrust piece in the tilted position of the turning-tilting casement or leaf. A spacer piece holding the thrust piece is positioned near the guide in the form of an inverted rail (10) and between the bearings (14,15) of the auxiliary link and scissors arm.
