Mechanically driven roller blind, especially for vehicle windows

The locally fixed guide path is formed by two spaced guide grooves (10,11) running at right angles to the roller (4). The mechanically driven slider (12) has two guide pins (13) engaging in the grooves whilst an operating arm (6) is attached rigid on the slider. The operating arm is longitudinally extended and engages on the roller blind panel (5) so that its free end when the rear side window is covered by the blind is located in the rear acute-angled area of same.
