The device is provided for underfloor sawing machines with an elongate machine table and a sawing carriage which can be displaced in the horizontal direction beneath the machine table. A circular sawblade is mounted on the sawing carriage in such a manner that it can be raised and lowered and, during the parting or cutting operation, projects upwards through a saw gap provided in the machine table. The circular sawblade is accommodated by a receptacle which is arranged on the sawing carriage and in its lower region is connected to a shavings exhaustor. A guide plate for the sawdust which is to be sucked out is arranged inside the receptacle. The receptacle has a cover with a longitudinal gap which is provided for the circular sawblade to pass through. The guide plate associated with the circular sawblade is fixed to the cover. <IMAGE> |
