<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant supervisory and controlling device provided with a window display function capable of performing display at the time of alarm generation so as to immediately recognize an alarm generation part and performing a quick operation of an alarm. SOLUTION: An alarm part is specified by an alarm display part discrimination means 4 from an alarm state discriminated by an alarm state discrimination means 2 from the state data of a plant and a window overlapping with the display of the specified alarm part is detected by a window overlap state discrimination means 5. Then, the overlapping window is moved so as not to overlap with the display of the alarm part by changing a size as needed and the alarm part is displayed by an alarm state display means 6.</p> |
