PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively preparing clone animals. SOLUTION: This preparation of clone animals is to synchronize mammary glandular cells separated from milk in G0 stage, treat the cells with trypsin for 30-120 min. and carry out a nuclear transplantation using the obtained cells. This method is excellent in effectively preparing clone animals, as animals are not slaughtered or injured their living bodies and, moreover, the rate of cell fusion with pitted egg cells can be enhanced by the trypsin-treatment for 30-120 min.
