PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a built-in capacitor which can be assembled easily without using a special member for fixation. SOLUTION: In a motor with a built-in capacitor which has circuit components, including a capacitor 10 for start-up located at the end of the anti-rotary shaft side and has an installation flange 5 in the periphery, a cover 11 is installed which has a flange 12 facing the installation flange 5, while covering the circuit components and the end of the anti-rotary shaft side at the same time. A member 18 on which the motor is to be mounted is put between the flange 12 of the cover 11 and the installation flange 5, and the motor is fixed to the member 18 by screwing the installation flange 5 to the flange 12 of the cover 11 from the installation flange 5 side. |
