PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalable hierarchy of a high availability application process by using a calculation system which is connected smoothly. SOLUTION: The dependency and fault recovery strategy of resources are generated on a process group level. A process group belongs to any of a system layer 13, a platform layer 15 or an application layer 17. Each layer has its unique process group start and fault recovery strategy. An application layer process group 18 constructs a pair with another application layer process group 18 of respective computers. When a certain group 18 fails and when a group 18 that constructs a pair with it exists, it inherits the execution of the function of the process group that fails.
