PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an internet terminal equipment which can realize switching of a screen being superior in visibility and smooth even when picture data obtained by using information service is displayed on a display screen of an ordinary television receiver. SOLUTION: A picture controller (CRTC) 15 and an encoder 25 functioning as a picture control means read out picture data stored in one VRAM in parallel with write-in processing by which picture data obtained by a CPU 7 functioning as an obtaining means is written and stored for the other side of VRAM out of first and second VRAM 21, 23 functioning as plural picture storing means, while perform read-out conversion processing in which read out picture data is converted to a form which can be displayed on a television receiver and outputted.
