PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop or decelerate an inverter in a short time, while eliminating shift of moving distance when the inverter is stopped or decelerated from an operating frequency to a designated frequency. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 12 stores a reference deceleration pattern from a set value of reference frequency to a reference stop time and sets an interval for keeping the operating frequency as a stop pattern, and an interval for decelerating gradually before stopping. When a stop command St is inputted, an integrated value for stop reference frequency is operated from the set value of reference frequency in the reference deceleration pattern. The required times for these keep intervals and the deceleration of the gradual deceleration interval are set, such that the sum of the operating frequency keep interval, so that the gradual deceleration interval will match the integrated value of reference frequency. |
