PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimating method for a battery charged condition capable of accurately estimating an SOC, even when a charge/discharge condition is switched and repeated in short cycles. SOLUTION: A battery model is used, which is constituted by a pseudo-SOC estimation means 14, electromotive force estimation means 16, voltage fluctuation estimation means 18, dynamic voltage fluctuation estimation means 20, and adder 22. In this way, the initial value used in the case of estimating estimated voltage Vest of a battery is estimated by an initial SOC estimation model 3O, by considering charging/discharging hysteresis of a battery and action hysteresis of self discharging. |
