The present invention relates to a system for performing anastomosis between an organic wall (P) having an orifice (O) and a hollow organic conduit (C), comprising: - a body (1) inserted into the conduit (C) through the orifice (O); - outer clamping members (22) defining with said body (1) a tubular portion (T) on the wall (P) and forming a spoolpiece; - a device for connecting said conduit (C) and said tubular portion (T), comprising: * suturing elements (44) connecting the clamping members (22) to the body (1) and each having a first end (441) connected to a tightening device (7) and a second end (442) suitable to be retained against an outer clamping member (22), and; * a suturing device (4) suitable to move the second end (442) of the suturing elements (44) between a stowed configuration wherein said second end is located inside the conduit (C), and a configuration anchored wherein said second end is retained against an outer clamping member (22) after having passed through the conduit (C). |
