PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nearβtype titanium alloy member that the defect in the workability of a nearβtype titanium alloy is improved, having high strength and excellent in ductility and toughness and to provide a method capable of efficiently and securely producing the high strength, high ductility and high toughness titanium alloy member like this. SOLUTION: This high strength, high ductility and high toughness titanium alloy member is the one composed of a nearβtype titanium alloy contg. 0.2 to 1.0 mass % Si, and that acicularαphases are crystallized out substantially over the whole face in aβphase matrix, and this titanium alloy member can be obtd. by subjecting a nearβtype titanium alloy contg. 0.2 to 1.0 mass % Si to hot working in which the working finishing temp. is less than 1000 deg.C and thereafter executing aging treatment in a two phase region of less than theβtransformation point or solution treatment and aging treatment without executing heating to >=1000 deg.C to crystallize out acicularαphases substantially over the whole face in aβphase matrix.
