PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailable optical recording medium which does not beat in a reading device even if it is used without peeling off an address label on which a fill-in part for information on receiver's address is formed on the back side of a light incident plane of the optical recording medium. SOLUTION: In a disk-like optical recording medium (compact disks 2, 12) which optically records speech information, image information, data, etc., the core part is fixed and the information is optically read by rotation. The optical recording medium 1, 11 on which sheets 3, 13 made of paper or plastic film, etc., are stuck having fill-in parts 4, 14 to fill in information on a receiver's address, on the back side of the light incident plane 20, can be mailed, and said sheets 3, 13 are constituted and stuck thereon in such a form as the center of gravity of this optical recording medium is approximately at the center. |
