<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sensor amplifier circuit for which sufficient temperature compensation is provided. SOLUTION: In a sensor amplifier circuit provided with a sensor S which has a negative sensitivity temperature coefficient and which outputs a detection signal, an operational amplifier OP3 in which the detection signal output from the sensor S is input to its inverting input terminal via a first resistance circuit RR1 for amplification, and a second resistance circuit RR2 for negatively feeding back the operational amplifier OP3 and formed by a first resistance R7 for amplification and a thermosensitive resistance Rt1 with a positive temperature coefficient are connected and operational amplifier OP3 is negatively fed back is provided. In the sensor amplifier circuit, the detection signal which is amplified on the basis of respective resistance values of the first and second resistance circuits RR1 , RR2 is output from the output terminal of the operational amplifier OP3 . The first resistance circuit RR1 is constituted in such a way that a resistance circuit RR1 is constituted in such a way that a first resistance R8 for amplification is connected to a thermistor Rt2 with a negative temperature coefficient.</p> |
