This invention relates to a vacuum cabinet for preservation of green and fresh food, the cabinet comprises a door and a body in which are disposed a vacuum pump, a refrigerating part, an antisepsis part and at least a vacuum chamber on which is installed a sealed door, heat preserval material is filled between the vacuum chamber and the body, a trigger switch, a handle and a ventilate valve for opening the door are disposed on the sealed door, there are a vacuum chamber hole to communicate the ventilate valve with the vacuum chamber and an external hole to communicate the ventilate valve with outside. The sealed door is joined to the vacuum chamber by automatic sealed hinge, an automatic control switch is installed behind the vacuum chamber. This invention is characterised by its novel conception, simple construction, convenience employ, seal being excellence, no-pollution, long time of conservation fresh. |
