PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable information exchange bidirectionally between networks by mutually connecting plural inter-node networks to provide a bridge for transmitting information, and providing plural nodes capable of connecting/separating a speech path to/from the plural parts in the network. SOLUTION: A first two-ring inter-node network 12c which gives an exchange capacity through programmable exchange nodes 6r and 6s is connected to a second two-ring inter-node network 12d which gives a sound processing capacity through nodes 224f to 224i and gives an exchange capacity through a node 6t with a programmable exchange node bridge 230 through a node 6t. Thus, since the bridge 230 becomes a node on the networks 12c and 12d and interfaces the ring 1, 2, 5 and 6, information exchange is enabled between the networks 12c and 12d. For example, arbitrary ports of the nodes 6r and 6s are connected to arbitrary sound processing resources 224f to 224i or a port of the node 6t, and the networks 12c and 12d operate at different speeds. |
