FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: fluorine-containing copolymer have affinity to various thermoplastic resins and is capable of forming homogeneous dispersions. Copolymer comprises links of 0.01-0.30 mole % of monomer (A) of formula I: and monomer (B) of formula II: CF2= C(Y1)(Y2) (II) wherein radicals are as defined in claims. Copolymer further comprises links of ethylene-type monomers. Thermoplastic composition comprises said fluorine-containing copolymer and heat resistant thermoplastic resin having glass-transition temperature of not lower than 130 C.
