PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the condition that is specified by the type and contents of an electronic document and to distribute the document to a specific user by making a user distribution means distribute an item stored in a roll item DB to a user item DB while referring to a definition table which stores the corresponding relation with the user. SOLUTION: A roll distribution means 11 receives the electronic document (item) that is sent from a user processing means 17 and should be circulated. The item includes its ID, the business process ID to which the item belongs, the roll that circulated the item and the document data to be processed. Then the means 11 extracts the business process ID and the next circulation roll of the business process corresponding to the circulation roll based on a business process definition table 10 where a flow of the item is defined and then writes the item into a roll item DB 12. Thus, this means extracts the condition that is specified by the type and contents of an electronic document to attached to an item and can distribute the item to a certain specific user. |
