PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a color filter for a liquid crystal display device composed of a high polymer film with an organic pigment dispersed on it. SOLUTION: This front substrate 30 is placed opposite to a back substrate of transparent glass having a white phosphor, and is pasted to it in order to form an AC plasma display panel. A transparent sheet glass 21 is adhered by a transparent adhesive 22 on the surface for forming a color filter layer 23 in a color filter substrate 20 forming the red, blue and green color filter layers 23. A transparent electrode 27, a bus electrode 25, a dielectric layer 28 and a protective film 29 are formed on the sheet glass 21. |
