PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get disclike magnetic rotors in large quantities and besides at low prices with high accuracy, by injecting pasty magnetic substance into the flue between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, or a through hole, and hardening it, and then, cutting the cylinder thinly into specified thickness. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 2 is an aluminum cylinder having thirty grooves. The outer cylinder 1 is the same aluminum cylinder as the inner cylinder 2, and it is mounted to wrap the inner cylinder 2. The number of the grooves is not limited by this number. Pasty magnetic substance 4 is injected into the groove made by this inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 1. At this time, the pasty magnetic substance 4 to be used consists of high-performance ferrite fine powder or one liquidity epoxy resin. After injection of pasty magnetic substance 4, a mold is heated, and hardening is performed. After hardening, it is cooled to a room temperature, and a disclike magnetic rotor about 1 mm in thickness is obtained, using a rotary disc saw. The flatness of the disclike magnetic rotor obtained there is extremely good. |
